SCHAUMBURG, Ill., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Union Leasing Inc. announced today that current President Shad Peterson as been appointed Chief Executive Officer by its Board.
At the same time Mr. Peterson takes great pleasure in announcing that Kent Boskovich, VP Managing Director of Business Development and Marketing, will become the next President of Union Leasing, overseeing all day-to-day activities and working with Shad on future strategic directions. "Kent has been a cornerstone of Union Leasing, my Executive Team and a true partner; I am extremely happy for him in this role and expect great things for our company in the future," said Shad Peterson.
Kent has spent his entire professional career in the fleet management industry, of which the last nine years have been with Union Leasing. Kent's experience also includes sales management positions with GE Fleet Services and Wheelco Leasing. Kent has undergraduate degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration, and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.
As CEO, Mr. Peterson will spend his time focusing on making sure Union can achieve its vision and goal of becoming a leader in the small and medium business fleet management industry. "These are exciting times at Union.
